November Wild Wednesdays

Teens, do you want to earn more trust from your parents, and gain more freedoms or privileges? Well, November Wild Wednesdays are for you! We will spend the month talking about the process of making wise decisions. Do you use your time wisely, do you make rash decisions when you are emotionally charged up? We will examine how each decision you make will influence the next decision, and the next, and the next. We will discover God's instructions for making good choices. So teens, start making good decisions and come to Wild Wednesdays!

We will still keep the "Wild" in Wild Wednesdays with the crazy combinations game, Fear Factor - Blindfolded, and the Dating Game. Of course we will also have IMPROV, movie clips, and music videos.

Don't forget to invite your friends for a Wild Wednesday!

October Wild Wednesday - Sponge Paint Wars

Sponge Paint Wars

The Winner's
The Losers - thanks to me :-(
I am not so good at dodging the sponges, as you can see Nathan and Shawn did very well.
Sorry guys!

After the wars, we talked about how our words and the things that we say can really have an effect on others. So watch your words.
In Ephesians 4:29 "Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those that hear them."

Sanctus Real - Something Heavenly Concert

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
I lost my voice, I could feel the beat in my chest, even my hair was vibrating! We saw 3 AMAZING Christian Bands, about 15 feet from center stage!

There was a lot of smoke, so the pictures are not crystal clear, but talk to anyone that went... did I mention it was AWESOME!

Sanctus Real

Addison Road

And Jason Gray!
Each played AMAZING music, but also had AMAZING messages:
We should all be in awe of God, we need to say "WOW" every day.
Don't just go through the motions of being a Christian (going to church, being nice, spouting off Bible verses), but answer God when He calls you by name, he wants to see you change on the INSIDE.
Even when it feels like you have hit rock bottom (you find yourself in a storm), God is always there. We may not understand all that God is doing, but we can take comfort in knowing He is with us!
